We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kendrick Paris purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, unworn, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return
Contact us to initiate your return and receive a return authorization number. Package your items securely in the original packaging, include the authorization number, and ship using a trackable method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning your item to confirm availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover shipping for your new item.
