Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, with original tags attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Contact us at our contact page to initiate your return
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number
3. Package your items securely in the original packaging
4. Include the return authorization number with your package
5. Ship your return to our address using a trackable method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning your item to confirm availability of your desired exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping for your new item.
