General Terms
These terms of sale govern the purchase of products from Kendrick Paris. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Product Information
All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location: 3–7 business days for France, 5–10 business days for Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders cannot be modified after processing begins.
Preorders and Private List
- Some series are offered for preorder, within the limit of the pairs produced for each series. Access opens in order of registration on the private list, with no other selection criterion.
- When all pairs of a series are reserved, later registrations are placed on a waiting list and informed by email as soon as a place frees up or a new series opens. Registering on the private list does not commit you to any purchase.
- The price that applies is the one of the tier matching the rank of your preorder, shown before payment. Payment is required at the time of the preorder.
- A series goes into production as soon as the number of paid preorders shown at the time of the preorder is reached. If that threshold is not reached by the deadline shown at the time of the preorder, or if the series is cancelled, your preorder is cancelled and you are fully refunded, to the payment method used, within 14 days at most.
- The estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks from the moment the series goes into production. If delivery does not take place on the announced date, you have the remedies provided by consumer law, including termination of the contract and a refund.
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order, under the conditions of our return policy. As the items offered are standard models, choosing a size is not a customisation.
Returns and Refunds
You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please see our return policy for more details.
Warranty
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by improper use.
Limitation of Liability
Kendrick Paris shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or its content.
Governing Law
These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
